Today we want to share our experience working at Estacion Fatima Eventos, a beautiful venue located in the Pilar area, Buenos Aires Province.

Chatting with the brides and grooms who contact us week after week, the topic of how to choose the right wedding venue remains in the “top five” of frequently asked questions. In general, choosing the location is usually one of the first decisions (along with choosing photo and video, of course! 😉) as it largely defines the entire vibe the event will have.
Estacion Fatima – An ideal place for outdoor weddings
Estacion Fatima Eventos is an ideal place if you are thinking about having your wedding with an outdoor ceremony. It offers several space options in different parts of the grounds, and we can assure you that they are ALL beautiful!

In addition to the enormous grounds, Estacion Fatima has several spaces that combine and complement each other:
The “main” hall, which depending on the event format, can be used as a space for a formal dinner or lunch, with tables, or—as it is generally used—as a dance floor.

On the other hand, the main tent has a very distinct aesthetic: it is not the typical white canvas tent, but a fixed “Bedouin-style tent” structure with wooden pillars and a solid floor.
This tent is fully integrated with the hall and also with the grounds, so in practice, it ends up being the star space due to its versatility: it can host the ceremony in case of bad weather, serve as a space for a cozy reception and/or lunch, and at times, act as the dance floor, of course.

It is very important to note that this space is particularly attractive in these times of pandemic events, as being an open space allows for compliance with all health protocols regarding ventilation, distancing, etc.
As if the main tent weren’t enough, it also has a “Plan C” for those days when the weather doesn’t cooperate: a kind of annexed, covered hall with the feel of a country barn, surrounded by parkland and greenery, which makes it an excellent option for moving the ceremony if necessary.
Wedding Video at Estacion Fatima:
As an “anecdote,” here is the wedding video of Coni and Nacho: that day started out completely clear, even though the forecast said the exact opposite: it predicted rain and storms RIGHT at the time of the ceremony…

Seeing the beautiful blue sky, they decided to go for it and stick to the original plan, keeping the outdoor ceremony set up.
The weather held, and held, and held… until the very last minute of the ceremony (LITERALLY, the last minute) when the first drops started falling, as big as tangerines! Haha.
While we won’t deny that for a moment we feared for the safety of our cameras, the result was quite picturesque as the couple ran out under their umbrellas 😊
Later in the afternoon, we had sun showers, so besides the sun being out while it rained, we took advantage of the rainbow to capture some lovely photos.
Bridal Suite
Estación Fátima also has a very spacious suite for preparations, which is very practical for streamlining logistics, especially if the ceremony is held at the same venue.
