– Main Hall: It has an impressive 650 m2 (with a capacity of 600 people in banquet format and up to 1200 people in cocktail format) that also offers the possibility of being divided and sectioned into smaller environments for events with fewer guests.

This gallery is used for receptions and has a system of glass openings that allow it to be used in an “open air” mode or an “enclosed environment” with large windows that allow it to integrate harmoniously with the outer park. This space can also be used as a stand-alone venue to hold events of all types starting from 20 people.
Additionally, if you are planning your outdoor ceremony, this space serves as a “plan B” in case the weather does not cooperate.

– Pergola: It has 150 m2 and retractable roof and sides; it is super versatile.

– Park: Without a doubt, one of the most important features of Rincon de Pilar: 2.5 hectares of beautiful park, which is used for all types of activities: team building, corporate events, and of course, outdoor ceremonies.

– Bridal Suite: Rincon has a suite that is available to the client during events, and it is a beautiful place that can (and usually does!) serve as a space for the Getting Ready process, whether for the groom, or the bride (or both, if they aren’t superstitious!). In addition to being super spacious and having very comfortable facilities, it is an environment with a huge window that provides spectacular light for taking photos and videos! A great plus also are its mirrors: it has two illuminated ones ideal for makeup and a giant one so you can see yourself full-length. It also has a comfortable en-suite bathroom and a living area capable of accommodating many people.

Events at Rincon de Pilar adapt to all types of formats and styles, and offer infinite possibilities ranging from renting the space for just 4 hours, to special week-long periods, including, of course, the classic full-day format (approx. 8 / 9 hours) for a traditional-format party.

Rincon has a wide range of exclusive suppliers that offer Catering, DJ, Decoration, etc., services so that clients can choose the proposal(s) that best suit their style. How far in advance should I contact you?

Depending on the type of event, we recommend contacting (and booking!) the venue well in advance, especially so that you can secure your desired date and have time to organize the event. Social events (weddings, quinces, Bat and Bar Mitzvahs, etc.) are usually booked approximately one year in advance, while corporate events are booked closer to the date, depending on the event format.

As with all event-related fields, for Rincón de Pilar, the year is divided into seasons (low/medium/high), with the months of March, April, November, and December being the most requested.
