General information about Astilleros Milberg
Astilleros boasts no less than three hectares of natural forest and even its own lake surrounding the two main halls:
Boat House Space: It is the “smaller” one (yes, naturally in quotes because it is only small if you compare it to its older brother!). It is located on the shores of the lake and with its 190 m2, it is ideal for events with fewer guests while still respecting the style, signature, and general proposal of Astilleros.
It also occasionally functions as a “plan B” for cases where the weather is not as nice as expected; not just because of rain, but also on some occasions, if the ceremony is planned on-site and the heat doesn’t allow for it to be held outdoors.
Astilleros Hall: This is the main hall (the largest) and is where the majority of events take place.
It has an enormous and imposing 900 m2, which, due to its characteristics and design, can be “modularly” adjusted so that it remains fully functional for events ranging from just a few guests to weddings or parties of up to 500 people!
The main hall also has a reception area and an enormous peripheral gallery that functions as a mix between both worlds: as it is a semi-covered space, during events it ends up functioning as the chill-out space par excellence: stepping out to enjoy a drink or smoke a cigarette by the edge of the Astilleros forest is an excellent break to recharge your batteries before returning to the dance floor to keep rocking!

If there is one thing that stands out about Astilleros Milberg, it is its integration: both halls are surrounded literally by three hectares of forest. From our perspective (photo and video), this is truly priceless due to the variety of images we can obtain: outdoor ceremonies, photo sessions with the couple at sunset, etc.
Bridal suite.
And if you are thinking about the logistics of your wedding, it is very important that you know that Astilleros Milberg has a bridal suite that is not only super spacious and comfortable but also decorated in a very modern style that has NOTHING to envy compared to any hotel room. As if that wasn’t enough, there is a detail that is rarely paid attention to, yet it is extremely important: THE LIGHT! The suite is super bright and even has dressing room-style mirrors (the ones with little lights around the perimeter), so makeup artists, hairstylists, and photographers are happy! (We can vouch for that 😉)
When it comes to defining logistics, there is nothing more practical and comfortable than having your getting ready in the same place where the ceremony and party will be held!

Very often, this subject isn’t given the importance it deserves: From a practical standpoint, both for the hosts of the party and also (and above all!) for the guests, it is essential that the venue has on-site parking!

– We don’t have a minimum capacity. We have two halls that work perfectly for events ranging from 10 to 500 people.
How long do events typically last at Astilleros?
– The average maximum duration for an event is 10 hours. However, we are always open to adjusting to the needs of our clients.
Does the venue have its own suppliers?
– Astilleros Milberg has a list of exclusive suppliers for every service required for the party. We have full confidence in their excellence because they are the best in the market.
Does the venue provide a wedding planner or party planner for the day of the event?
– We have an in-house planning service and we also work with external organizers. Furthermore, clients are welcome to organize their own event.
How far in advance do you recommend booking the venue?
– There is no set timeframe, but we recommend booking 1 year in advance to guarantee date availability.
Is there a time of year you recommend for hosting an event? Is it open all year round?
– Astilleros Milberg has the infrastructure, gardens, forests, and various amenities to enjoy an extraordinary event at any time of year. Every season has its magic at Astilleros. The versatility of its various spaces, the availability of 2 halls on the same property, the garden and its unique green spaces with surrounding landscaping that stimulates the senses, and the lagoon with its sunsets.
