General features of Espacio Pilar
As we mentioned in the introduction, Espacio Pilar features two venues with different dimensions and capacities. It is located on a large 4-hectare property with wooded gardens, a lake, a swimming pool, and even a fountain. The minimum recommended capacity for Espacio 1 is 300 guests (this is the larger venue) and the minimum recommended capacity for Espacio 2 is 150 guests. For smaller events, such as a civil ceremony, they have a House that we have often used for the groom’s pre-wedding preparations.
Both venues share a HUGE parking lot that separates the two spaces, providing them with extra privacy that other venues in the area lack. We can attest that having worked many times in both venues, we never felt the noise from the event taking place next door.
Espacio Pilar 1 has a park with a small lake and a fountain that serves as an ideal setting for outdoor weddings. For its part, Espacio Pilar 2 has an even larger park than Espacio 1 and a tiled terrace that is ideal for hosting the reception and even the “first dance” when the weather permits.
Why choose Espacio Pilar for your wedding?
Espacio Pilar has a privileged location among the wide variety of venues found in the Northern Zone of Greater Buenos Aires. It is just 800 meters from the Panamericana highway, on a paved avenue, which makes access very easy.
On the other hand, Espacio Pilar has its own catering and bar: Kiria Catering. This makes it the ideal venue for couples looking to deal with as few suppliers as possible. Needless to say, the quality and service of Kiria are top-notch, as are all the services at this premium venue. The packages also include a DJ and basic lighting, and you can choose from several options or bring your preferred DJ.
Another point to highlight is that both venues have a Plan B for the ceremony in case of rain. We don’t recall ever shooting a wedding in the rain (we always say our booking comes with weather insurance), but both Espacio Pilar 1 and Espacio Pilar 2 have fully glass-enclosed rooms that would serve this function with total comfort. For us and for the result of our work, it is very important to have venues with good light for indoor ceremonies, as this directly impacts the aesthetics of the images. Furthermore, it will mean that you have to invest less in lighting if you are planning the ceremony for times when there is still natural light.
Another important detail is the bridal suite. Both halls feature a very comfortable room where you can get ready right on-site. It includes a bathroom with a shower, a minibar, and a safe.
